The program is tailored to each individual, but generally entails a 6-8 weeks training program with 2-4 training sessions per week, depending on the individuals goals and time-line.
Our Strength & Conditioning Program is custom made per individual and therefore done on a personal basis, although groups with same minded goals can also be considered.
No prior experience is necessary. We will coach and guide you on performing exercises with perfect form, and create the program based on your skill level and needs, whether you're a beginner or an experienced athlete we can make cues and customize changes that make a world of difference.
