If you’ve been thinking about Forge Summer Camp for your kid this summer, here’s a practical heads up. Our early bird pricing closes on May 1, 2026. That gives you roughly two weeks if you’re reading this in mid-April.
This post isn’t here to rush you. It’s here so you have the numbers you need to make a clear decision without having to call us first.
What the pricing looks like before and after May 1
Through May 1, 2026 (early bird):
| Option | Rate |
|---|---|
| Half-day (9am to 12pm) | $220/week |
| Full-day (8am to 5pm) | $280/week |
| All 6 weeks (full-day) | $1,800 (saves $480) |
After May 1, 2026:
| Option | Rate |
|---|---|
| Half-day (9am to 12pm) | $220/week (limited spots) |
| Full-day (8am to 5pm) | $360/week |
| All 6 weeks (full-day) | $2,160 |
The early bird difference is $80/week on full-day, or $360 total if you book the whole summer.
What you get, either way
The rate changes. Nothing else does. You’re booking exactly the same camp whether you commit in April or in late May:
- 1:10 coach-to-camper ratio, every week
- The same coaching team (Wil leads, with a team that’s background-checked, first-aid trained, and actively coaching kids year-round)
- The same 6 themed weeks from Shadow Warrior through Fight Camp
- The same indoor gym space at 1984 Tamiami Trail N (climate-controlled, no weather issues)
- The same full refund after Day 1 guarantee if it’s not the right fit for your kid
Why we do it this way
The honest reason we run an early bird: we cap every week at a 1:10 coach-to-camper ratio. That means each week has a hard ceiling on campers. Early commits help us staff properly, schedule the right coaches per theme, and order gear and t-shirts in the right sizes. The discount is how we say thank you to families who plan ahead.
That’s it. No countdown timer, no “last 3 spots left” pop-up. If you’re a planner, the early bird helps both of us. If you’re still figuring out summer, no pressure. Call us when you know.
How to lock in early bird pricing
Three paths, pick whichever is easiest:
- Call or text (239) 799-KICK and we’ll book over the phone in five minutes.
- Visit us at 1984 Tamiami Trail N, Space G0003, Naples, FL 34102. We’re happy to show you around and you can book in person.
- Book online at Forge Summer Camp 2026. Select your weeks and pay the deposit.
If you’re torn between weeks, we wrote a full breakdown of all 6 themes here so you can pick based on your kid’s personality.
A note on the all-6-weeks bundle
If your family is likely to book more than 2 weeks, the all-6-weeks bundle almost always saves money. At $1,800 early bird, it works out to $300/week for full-day, with no gaps in your kid’s summer rhythm. After May 1, that same bundle is $2,160.
And yes, kids who do all 6 weeks get something extra. We track progress across the summer, and every full-summer camper goes home with a Forge Athletics belt and a one-paragraph writeup from their coach on what they saw in them.
Sibling or multi-kid families
If you have two or more kids who’d both be in camp, call us before booking online. We’ll work out a rate that makes it easier on the family. We don’t post this publicly because it varies by week and age spread, but it’s always there.
About the Day 1 refund
This is worth repeating: if your kid comes home from Day 1 and it wasn’t the right fit, we refund your week. No questions, no fine print, no “well, what didn’t they like?” We’d rather refund one family and earn a long-term recommendation than keep the money and lose the trust. That guarantee stands whether you book in April or after May 1.
Frequently asked questions about early bird pricing
What happens if I miss the May 1 deadline?
Nothing dramatic. You can still book at the regular rate ($360/week full-day, or $2,160 for all 6 weeks) as long as spots are available. Some weeks fill before the deadline, so the earlier you book, the more weeks you can still choose from.
Can I pay in installments at the early bird rate?
Yes. A deposit holds your spot at the early bird rate, and the balance can be paid before the first day of the week you booked. Call us and we’ll work out a schedule that fits.
What if my family’s plans change after I book at early bird?
We offer a full refund of your week through the first day. After Day 1 mid-week, it depends on the situation. Call us and we’ll figure it out. We’ve never had a family feel like we handled a cancellation poorly, and we’re not going to start now.
Do sibling discounts stack with the early bird rate?
Yes. Call us directly and we’ll build the right rate for your family. Our goal is to get your kids through the summer, not to nickel-and-dime the booking.
If I book all 6 weeks at early bird, is the bundle price locked in?
Yes. Once your deposit is in at the $1,800 rate, that rate is locked. Even if other spots sell out and pricing changes for late bookers, your rate doesn’t.
Can I add a week later at the early bird rate if I booked some weeks early?
No. The early bird rate is tied to the date of booking. If you book 2 weeks before May 1 and then add a third week on May 10, that third week is at the regular $360 rate. Book all the weeks you think you’ll want up front.
